We want you to love your pieces! Because many of our items are worn close to the body, we maintain a strict quality and hygiene standard.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Hair accessories (clips, headbands, etc.)
Sunglasses
Any worn or used items
Exchanges & Store Credit (Case-by-Case)
We may offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items at our discretion.
To be considered:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Tags must be attached
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
All returns are inspected upon arrival.
Items that show any signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right
